Mission Statement

Saint Catherine of Siena School is a parish K - 8 elementary school based on teachings of Jesus Christ in the Roman Catholic tradition. We serve the children of Martinez, California and the surrounding communities.

Each member of the school community answers the call to nurture each child - spirit, mind and body - in a safe, caring, family atmosphere. We provide a challenging and comprehensive curriculum, which addresses a variety of learning styles and prepare each child for the future.

Utilizing the values learned at home and school, our children become people of faith, peace, justice, diversity, and responsibility.
